Dan and Patty Krueger are also first time airplane builders. They built Van's RV6A and did a First Class job! Started in August 93, they completed it in August 2002. It features a 160HP Lycoming from Don George in Orlando and a fully equipped instrument panel . Their workmanship is outstanding! Very nice job indeed. While building, Dan put a drill bit through Patty's hand only once! Ouch! She would not let him dimple the hole and he had to use a universal rivet to stop the bleeding. Dan and Patty did the building at home and the final assembly at their hangar in Milton. Very nice wood grain panel. Plenty of leg room, great visibility and 165 KTAS cruise speed all combine to make a very comfortable airplane to travel in.

The metal work is flawless. Dan and Patty did a fantastic job building their RV6A. Dan climbing in the RV6A for the first flight. His engine has performed perfectly!
